Raising a support request, seeking interview feedback, or asking for placement assistance is the sole and voluntary choice of the Candidate. The Candidate is responsible for initiating the request and providing accurate information. The Platform acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee that a recruiter will respond within a specific timeframe or to the Candidate’s satisfaction.
Any information, feedback, or advice shared by Recruiters—including interview cracking tips, application status updates, or career guidance—is the personal professional opinion of the individual Recruiter. The Platform is not liable for the accuracy or impact of such information on the Candidate’s personal or professional life, career progression, or financial status.
The Candidate is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Recruiter’s advice. Whether a Candidate chooses to modify their resume, change their salary expectations, or pivot their career path based on feedback, the Platform remains a neutral party and is not involved in, or responsible for, the outcomes of those decisions.
Interview feedback can be critical or negative by nature. The Platform is not liable for any emotional distress, mental impact, or loss of confidence resulting from honest professional feedback provided by Recruiters. Candidates are advised to view all feedback as a tool for professional growth and not as a personal judgment.
Candidates may raise support requests regarding application status or placement help. However, the Platform does not have the authority to influence a company’s internal hiring timeline. The Platform is not liable if an application is rejected, delayed, or if placement assistance does not result in an employment offer.
As this service involves the consumption of professional time and digital resources, fees are generally non-refundable once the feedback or support process has been initiated by the Recruiter. The Platform's responsibility is limited to facilitating the communication channel between the Recruiter and the Candidate.
Candidates agree to maintain professionalism when communicating through the support system. Any harassment, abuse, or use of defamatory language toward Recruiters or Platform staff will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of any paid fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

The Platform facilitates the collection and sharing of interview feedback provided by recruiters to candidates as a paid value-added service. This service is optional and initiated at the sole discretion of the candidate.
Submission of feedback by recruiters is completely voluntary. Neither the Platform nor any associated party compels recruiters to provide feedback. Candidates are not forced or obligated to purchase or access feedback services.
Feedback requests are visible within the recruiter’s HR portal/dashboard. Any recruiter or authorized user with valid login credentials may submit the feedback form. The Platform follows a first-submission basis, meaning the first completed form submission is considered final and valid. The Platform does not regulate, assign, or verify which specific HR representative should complete the form.
It is the sole responsibility of the recruiter/company to internally decide: The point of contact (POC) and the authorized person responsible for submission. The Platform shall not be liable for any internal disputes, conflicts, or miscommunication within the recruiter’s organization.
Any applicable reward/payment for submitting feedback is processed based on details entered in the form. Payment will be made to the UPI mobile number provided by the recruiter in the designated field. The Platform does not verify ownership of the UPI ID or mobile number.
Feedback submitted reflects the individual opinion of the recruiter submitting the form. The Platform does not verify, endorse, or validate such feedback. The recruiter is solely responsible for the accuracy, fairness, and non-defamatory nature of the feedback.
Feedback provided to candidates is for guidance purposes only. The Platform shall not be held liable for candidate decisions based on feedback or misinterpretation or misuse of feedback.
By submitting the form, the recruiter consents to the sharing of feedback with the respective candidate and the storage and processing of submitted data by the Platform. The Platform will handle data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. No sensitive personal data should be included unless necessary.
Recruiters agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious feedback; defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content; or confidential company information not meant for candidates. The Platform reserves the right to remove such content and restrict access to the recruiter.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of opportunity, reputation, or employment; or payment disputes arising from incorrect details.
The Platform does not guarantee job placement, interview success, or hiring decisions. Feedback does not influence or obligate hiring outcomes.
The Platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue the feedback service or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
The payment received by the Recruiter is a "Professional Service Fee." The Recruiter is solely responsible for reporting this income to the Income Tax Department and paying any applicable taxes as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
The Recruiter acknowledges that this payment is strictly for the professional time spent providing detailed, constructive feedback for candidate improvement. It is not an incentive to influence a hiring decision or an "under-the-table" payment. Any attempt to use this system for corrupt practices will result in an immediate permanent ban.
The Recruiter represents and warrants that they are authorized by their respective employer or organization to provide interview feedback to third parties. The Recruiter further warrants that receiving a service fee/reward for this activity does not violate their employment contract, non-disclosure agreements, or any internal "Anti-Bribery" or "Code of Conduct" policies of their organization.
The Recruiter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jobbed and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or disciplinary actions initiated by the Recruiter’s employer or any third party arising from the Recruiter’s participation in this feedback program..
