Job Description
- Daily Outreach - Send 40 personalized emails/day for PixelPhant Follow-up sequences and inbox management.
- Lead Prospecting: - Research relevant contacts for PixelPhant and AutoPhoto (eCommerce sellers, print-on-demand companies, creative professionals).
- Hyper-Personalized Emails: - Write emails based on recipient's profile, activity, website, and business needs - Define problem clearly and offer tailored solution.
- Copywriting & Strategy: - Create email sequences, pitches, and follow-up templates - Refine messaging based on performance.
- Contextual Awareness: - Understand audience pain points - Adapt email tone and content accordingly.
- Email System & CRM: - Maintain records, reply tracking, status updates - Manage and optimize the outreach process.
- LinkedIn Networking: - Send connection requests from PixelPhant profile to target leads (studio managers, art directors, etc.).
